Does joining cost anything?
No. The talent network is free for candidates. Employers pay for the hiring process; you never do.
What kinds of roles do you work on?
Mostly technology, operations and knowledge-work roles at Ontario employers: software, DevOps, data, product, IT and related fields.
Will you send my profile without asking?
No. We tell you about the role first, and your profile only goes to an employer with your agreement.
What does the review look like?
We read your profile against active roles. If there is a strong fit, someone from our team contacts you to talk it through before anything moves.
How soon will I hear back?
We review every profile within five business days. If nothing fits yet, your profile stays active for future roles.
